FAQ

  • I completed the course. How long is my Certificate of Completion valid?

Your certificate is strictly valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. Per Denver Excise and Licenses rules, you must submit your complete municipal guard application packet within this 60-day window. If you miss this deadline, the city will reject your certificate, and you will be required to repurchase and retake the training course. We do not issue free replacement certificates or refunds for expired 60-day windows.

  • Is this training program approved by the City and County of Denver?

Yes. Our curriculum is specifically built to fulfill the private security training requirements mandated by Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC) Article V. Upon successful completion, you will be issued an official Certificate of Completion to submit to Denver's Department of Excise and Licenses as proof of your required education.

  • If I have any questions, how can I get in touch for assistance?

Yes, you can reach out to the instructor via email at [email protected] or via our Facebook Page. You can call us at (303) 900-2799.

  • Can I get a refund for my annual training subscription?

No. All purchases, including automatic annual renewals, are strictly non-refundable. Because our training platform provides immediate, full access to proprietary digital materials, curriculum, and proprietary resources upon payment, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits for any reason.

  • Why was I charged for denver training automatically annualy?

When you initially purchased your training subscription, you agreed to an automatic annual renewal cycle. This ensures your access to the training portal, updates, and materials remains uninterrupted. Your card on file is charged exactly one year from your initial purchase date unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

  • I forgot about my renewal. Can I get a refund if I didn't mean to renew?

We understand that it can be easy to lose track of annual dates; however, we do not issue refunds for forgotten renewals. To help prevent surprises, we send a renewal reminder email to your registered email address 7 to 14 days before your card is charged. It is the subscriber's responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

  • How do I cancel my subscription so I am not charged next year?

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. To cancel: Log into your training dashboard. Navigate to Account Settings > Billing. Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts. Note: Once you cancel, you will maintain full access to your training until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

  • What happens if I dispute the charge with my bank?

Please get in touch with us directly through email [email protected] or (303) 900-2799 if you have questions about a charge. Please note that filing a false dispute or "chargeback" for a valid subscription renewal violates our Terms of Service, and we will forward this to our legal firm for legal action, up to and including criminal charges. We don't have sympathy for fraudsters. We maintain comprehensive digital logs—including checked agreement boxes, IP addresses, timestamped pre-renewal notification receipts, and platform login activity—which are automatically submitted to banking institutions to contest unauthorized dispute claims. If a dispute is filed, your training account and access will be permanently terminated immediately and we will revoke your guard license by taking legal action.

  • Can my certificate be revoked after it is issued?

Yes. We maintain strict compliance standards to protect the integrity of city-regulated credentials. Your certificate and training account can be immediately revoked without a refund. We might also take legal action against you if you are found to have engaged in academic dishonesty (such as sharing login credentials or having someone else complete the modules for you) or if you file an unauthorized financial dispute with your bank regarding the training fee. If fraud is detected, we reserve the legal right to notify your employer and the Denver Department of Excise and Licensing that the certificate has been invalidated and revoked, which will render your Guard license invalid for use. Still, if we went with you to the next level for file police report and taking legal action you will end up facing denial getting unarmed license under Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC) § 32-30 (General Licensing Fraud): Denver ordinances give the Director of Excise and Licenses the absolute authority to suspend or revoke any application or license obtained via false statements, misrepresentation, or fraudulent documentation. if you want challenge us give it a try.
